    Despite having proper cups they only handed out to-go cups to everyone today, even for those having breakfast there. Also only plastic cutlery. They should try to reduce waste and focus on a pleasant customer experience. The coffee itself is solid, but not very good. Lacks complexity. I enjoyed the butter croissant very much, but a richer offering of sandwiches would be welcome.

    I was first in line and waited over 10 minutes to one of two restrooms. I heard one guy flush the toilet at least 6 times and bang on the wall in between. The staff seems used to the situation. Worst Peet's location I've been to.
